**Seller's Protection Plan:
We provide additional protection plan to avoid future litigations and/or lawsuit from the buyer. It protects you with $25,000 of coverage in the event you (the seller) are sued by the buyer alleging a wrongful act resulting from the sale of your property (principal residence only). You will be protected for 180 days from the close of escrow and can extend the coverage an additional 180 days if you want by paying supplementary premium.
