The house is located at Beacon Park, a new community right next to the Great Park.

The space for rent has a separate doorway which gives a tenant completely private spaces including a living room w/small kitchen area, a bedroom, a bathroom, closet w/a small cabinet, brand new white wood blinds and a separate laundry area. A tenant is also allowed to use the indoor exercise area built in the garage and front yard benches/sitting area.

The only thing is that the kitchen has a portable electronic cook top due to no ventilation facility. However, it comes with a brand new refrigerator, new microwave, new kitchen cabinet with a sink & garbage disposal and new washer/dryer.
