원베드룸 아파트예요. 제가 DC에서 직장을 다녔는데 메트로가 아파트에서 나가자마자 바로 있어서 출퇴근하기 참 편했어요. 아파트 사이즈랑 위치를 고려했을 때 가격이 보통 주변 아파트에 비해 저렴한 편이었어요. 내년 7월까지 8개월 렌트가 남아있어요. 저희가 아파트 시설비는 다 내서 400불은 안내셔도 되고 아파트에 지원서류 넣을 때 50불만 내시면 되요. 저희는 좀 더 돈을 아끼기 위해 두사람이 살았는데도 공간이 충분했어요. 아파트에 깨끗하고 커다란 파티룸, 헬스장, 수영장 등등이 잘 갖추어져 있어서 오히려 집에서 일하거나 공부하시는 분들도 편하실 꺼고, 따로 fitness center 안 끊으셔도 될 꺼예요. 1년 넘게 참 편하게 살았는데, 제가 결혼하면서 집을 내놓게 됐어요. 관심 있으시면 언제든 연락주세요.

Luxurious 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment is available right next to Courthouse metro station, in Arlington. Rent is $1966. The 8 month lease (December-July) would be transferred from us to you- we’ve covered the $400 amenities fee, you just have to cover a $50 application fee to be approved by the leasing office.

2 Roommates have shared this apartment for over a year, but will move out because 1 roommate just got married. We have loved this apartment, especially its amazing location, steps away from the Courthouse metro!

The apartment complex offers a 2 level pool, spacious patio w/ grills, workout facility, 24/7 concierge, resident lounge with full kitchen, community events and is pet friendly (we are not pet owners). The unit is on the 15th floor and includes 1BR, 1 bath, kitchen, living area, and washer & dryer in unit. We have furniture for sale, upon request.
