I am looking for a housemate who canequally share/rent a condo or an apt near Irvine or Tustin for January of 2017. I am currently renting a room in Irvine, but want to move out to be more independentstarting 2017. I am thinking $900~1200 per person depending on what we find.

-considerate and mostly quiet but like to socialize too. Love to be outdoors, hiking, etc.
