I have a private room in a 4 bedroom house to rent out. The rental includes cabinet space in the kitchen, shared bathroom, and shared refrigerator. The room comes furnished with a bed and lamp. utilities included.

It is located 1 block from Target, and a large regional park that has a lot of exercise equipment. The house is also a short drive from an H-Mart and Super One Korean Market and surrounded by a lot of good restaurants. There is also a bike path behind the house that you can use to jog all the way down to the beach.
