Master 2 베드 $1300 /per month 퀸사이즈 베드와 호텔식 침구류가 있습니다.

-각 방은 최대 2명까지 이용 가능합니다

이 하우스는 펜트하우스층이고 무료초고속 와이파이,연수기, 각 방 화장실에 최신 호텔식 비데가 다 설치되있습니다. 내부는 올수리해서 최고급 인테리어를 자랑합니다. 주방과 거실만 공유합니다.


출입문 3중 안전보안이라 매우 안전하게 지내실 수 있고, 윌셔길 중심부 교통 중심에 위치해 어디든 편리하게 이동하실 수 있습니다. 외에 정수기도 있고, 밥, 라면, 시리얼, 커피, 샴푸,린스, 바디워시, 세탁세제 등을 제공합니다.
주변에는 도보 3분거리로 이용 가능한 시온마켓과 북창동 순두부 등 유명한 한식당이 있습니다.

입주날짜는 2/28 이후부터 가능합니다.
주차는 파킹스팟 제공이 건물에서 한칸만 제공되며 선착순 1대만 받고있습니다.
주차비는 한달에 $100불 추가비용입니다.

We are looking to sublease two master bedrooms in a 3Bed 3Bath House. (Females only)


Master 1 Bedroom will be $1500 /per month. It includes a sofa bed and a king size bed. The room also has hotel style bedding, includes a 75 inch TV and a balcony.


Master 2 Bedroom will be $1300 /per month. This room includes a queen size bed and hotel style bedding.

-Each room can have up to 2 people per sublease.

This house is the penthouse floor and it has unlimited fast WIFI, water softener system, and each room has BIDET installed in the house.
The house has gone through renovation so it boasts a high quality modern interior all around the house.
Only the living room and the kitchen are shared.

The house has triple security checkpoints to enter so it is very secure and it is right next to a main street in Koreatown so transportation is very convenient.
Furthermore, the house has a water purifier for clean drinking water, rice, ramen, cereal, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent are all provided.


Move-in will be available after 2/28.
The house only offers 1 parking spot so this will be a first come first serve for the subletter.
The parking will be an extra $100 a month.
