Basement hardwood floor living room space can be used occasionally.
Owner would like to use the living room space for private party occasionally.
Laundry and dryer will be available in storage room
Two other rooms on the basements are not included in the monthly rental fee.
If you want more than one bedroom, an option to rent another room for $300 is available.
