We are looking for a fourth roommate to move-in in two weeks. This is a three story condo just to the south of the Americana. It is 4 bed 4 bath. The unit includes a washer, dryer, dish washer, and Central cooling/heat.
You will be renting the master bedroom on the third floor. You will have your own bathroom. The rent is $1000 a month with a $735 deposit. Only water is included so we split the rest of the utilities each month. Parking is $70 per spot per month but we only have two parking spots so we rotate each month and the people that use the parking spot pays the $70.
We are three males that are all working full time. I am the only Korean person in the apartment.
The apartment is a Christian friendly apartment and we are looking for a non-smoker.
No pets/parties in the apartment.
