Furnished single family home available from 1/18/2016 - 2/22/2016.
Thehouse is located in a quiet planned community near Cowell Rd and Ygnacio Valley Blvd in Concord. The home is about 5 miles from the freeway and about 30 miles from San Francisco.
Everything in the house comes with the rental EXCEPT: garage parking (I use it as storage but you can park in the drive way), bedding (you will need to provide your own bedding) and computer.
The rental includes:
1. All utilities (gas, electric, water, garbage service, Internet, cable)
2. 42" TV in the master bedroom
3. 55" TV in the family room
4. One king size bed and one queen size bed
5. Exercise bike
6. Washer and Dryer
7. Coffee maker, microwave, toaster, outdoor gas BBQ
8. Full cleaning once you move out (we just ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own)
The cost of the rental is $3,250.00. A $500 deposit is required to hold the property and the remaining balance will be due prior to moving in.
