Currently reviewing resumes for a friendly, dependable, well organized individual to work in a fast paced environment for a well established Facility Services provider.
Fluent in speaking, reading & writing Korean a plus.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Coordinating service request from customers with operations department
- Resolving customer complaints
- Communicating with onsite personnel for customer request
- Scheduling project work and special service requests with customers and operations department
- Record inspection and daily activities in operations software and CRM
- Communicate quotes from sales and service personnel to customers
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be proficient working on the internet and with cloud-based programs
- Occasionally visiting sites throughout the Baltimore/Washington Metro area to meet customers and perform quality control inspections
