The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing the client account for the recruiting process from inquiry to integration, overseeing all processes. The Business Development Manager manages the placement and sales team, reports directly to the President and COO and manage the overall admin duties.
‣ Manage daily business development client visits and proposals
‣ Develop a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
‣ Assist with marketing campaigns to generate new business
‣ Build and maintain an account portfolio of clients and prospects with top employers and business segments in the local market
‣ Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity
‣ The desire to work in a team-focused environment
‣ A genuine interest in learning about client organizations and providing quality solutions
‣ The accountability to deliver positive, measurable results
‣ Communicate openly, honestly, and directly with executives and team members
‣ Interact professionally with others
‣ Perform other duties as assigned

‣ Must be bilingual and fluent in English speaking, writing and listening
‣ Minimum of 5 years experience in sales
‣ Need to be a great sales professional, self-starter and a closer
‣ Assertive or goal-oriented
‣ Positive, high energy and enthusiastic with an eagerness to learn and grow
‣ Drive and passion to excel in sales

‣ Experience in sales for a Staffing Agency is a plus but not required
‣ Ability to work in a dynamic, flexible environment where priorities are continually changing
‣ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
