올리브트리 유치원에서는 CSPP(California State Preschool Program)을 시작하게 되었습니다. 이 프로그램은 현 3~4세의 아이들에게 제공되는 교육비 프로그램입니다. 아래 표에 해당하시는 부모님들께서는 서류를 준비하셔서 학교로 문의하시기 바랍니다.
We are happy to announce that Olive Tree Learning Academy were awarded to offer CSPP to support the families that need financial support. CSPP is funded by the California Department of Education’s Child Development Division and it is a preschool program for children between the ages of three and five years who are from low-income families. Please refer to the income guideline table that is located below to apply for the program. Please contact Olive Tree Learning Academy if you have further questions.
<Required Documents>
1. Birth Certificate
Child's Birth Certificate will be required including all children who are 18 or younger.
2. Proof of Address ( It must contain both parents' name.)
1) Utility Bills
2) Rental/Lease Agreements
3. Proof of Income for Employee
1) Employemnt Verification Form (고용확인서)
2) Payroll Check Stubs -Need most recent 4 weeks of payroll records
3) Letter from the employer - Office Letterhead with employer's signature.
4. Proof of Income for Self-employment
1) Self-Declaration of Income Form
2) Client Receipts, Jog log, Appointment list, etc.
3) Tax return report
5. Proof documents for Student parents
1) Student Verification Form (재학증명서)
2) Class Schedule
