Admin / Customer Support Technician
Job Description
§ Provides training and technical assistance to merchants and agents
§ Responsible for troubleshooting of terminal and POS computer hardware and software
§ The position requires interaction with customers helping them resolve their technical issues through electronic medium such as email or phone.
Qualification
§ Good oral & written communication skills
§ Accurate data entry, proofreading and typing skills
§ Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
§ Detail oriented and with a methodical approach to tasks
§ Needs to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
§ Strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks as well as for departmental tasks
§ Bilingual in Korean and English
